Apartment furnished for tourism adapted to the said place “Pâturage” (Pasture) 07240 SILHAC.
Including: living room with kitchen area (wheelchair height kitchen sink, vitreous ceramic taps, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, washing machine, microwave oven, dishes, pressure cooker, oven, mixer, toaster, coffeepot, kettle, dish washer and accessories), table in solid oak, four chairs, leather sofa and television. Electric roller blinds.
Two bedrooms for people with reduced mobility with each a bed of 140 x 190 cms (with latex mattress, mattress covers, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bedside table, bookcase, shelves, wardrobe, iron, ironing board.
Shower-room with washbasin, Italian-style shower, towel dryer, wash linen and toilet.
Terrace: 1 table, 4 chairs, barbecue.
Capacity: 3 to 4 persons maximum.
Recently renovated and all new fixtures and fittings.
CONDITIONS OF RENT :
The weekly rent;

A refundable of deposit of 25 % of the price of the rent (against damages) will be joined to the present completed, dated, signed contract. The reservation will be definitive upon receipt of these two documents.
The balance of the rent will be payable 30 days before the beginning of rental period, at the latest ______________________________ (in case of non compliance with this deadline, your rent will be cancelled by rights without advance notice).
Join to the deposit of the rent an insurance certificate civil liability holiday resort.
The deposit will be equal to 30 % of the amount of the rent and payable upon arrival.

OBLIGATIONS of the PARTIES:
The owner / landlord makes a commitment :
• to deliver the housing in good condition and in good repair
• to deliver the equipment in good working order
• to assure the tenant a peaceful enjoyment of the place
The tenant makes a commitment:
• to pay the deposit and rent on the dates specified above
• to peacefully use the premises
• to answer damages or losses arisen during the rent
• to leave the premises having assured the house is clean as it was found.
PARTICULAR CONDITIONS :
The following services can be added to the rent if you wish:
– The housework of the end of stay ; let us know as soon as possible and at the latest during the inventory of the fixtures. (40 €)
– The supply of sheets for both beds: fitted sheet, sheets and pillowcases, towels. (10 €)
– The price of the rent includes all utilities (hot water, electricity, heating, tourist tax)
